Greetings travelers,

Only a couple days away and hopefully you are getting exciting.

Just a couple reminders:

 - Most of us will be checking a bag as well as bringing a carry-on bag (there is no   charge for checked bags as it is an international flight).

- We are meeting outside the United check-in counter at 9:00am.

- If you have any meds/envelopes etc. please make sure to give these to us in clearly marked envelopes/bags etc. with any directions.

- Please be respectful of Mr. Brookhart's and Mrs. Magoon's time and energy at the airport - our priority is to get all important documents from parents, checked-in at United counter and all other formalities out of the way first…then we can say goodbyes, do pictures etc.

- PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL KIDS HAVE AT LEAST ONE EXTRA COPY OF A PASSPORT PHOTO (preferably two).

- Also, for hygiene sake, it might be handy to pack a "zip-lock" toiletries bag in your carry-on.  This is nice to have when we land in Japan in order to brush teeth, put on deodorant, and freshen up.  Remember, these must be carry-on friendly sizes (3oz liquids) and all in a clear zip lock bag.
